  • When will I receive my order?
    Orders will usually be received in 3-4 weeks. We will email you order status updates.
  • What if I don't see my size?
    Please contact us, we will work with you to find a product that works best for you.
  • How do I track my order?
    When your order ships we will email you tracking details.
  • What is your return policy?
    We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at matthew@bethehoss.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
  • What happens if there is a problem with my order?
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  • After I return and item, how will I receive my refund?
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
  • How much is shipping?
    Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Order Amount Standard Ground Shipping (3–7 business days) $0.00-$49.99 $8.99 $50.00-$99.99 $10.99 $100 & over $12.99 *Prices are listed for deliveries within the continental US
  • What happens if I didn't receive my order but the carrier says it was delivered?
    If you didn’t receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible: Call 847-772-2191 Or alert us at matthew@bethehoss.com We will file a claim with the shipping carrier. We will replace or refund your order when the investigation is complete. Allow up to 21 days for the investigation.
